"TOTTING" DISQUALIFICATION

If you accumulate 12 penalty points or more you are liable to a "totting up" disqualification. This is the most common route to disqualification for motorists. The minimum length of disqualification ranges from 6 months to 2 years depending on previous disqualifications. However, we have had significant success in reducing or avoiding a "totting" disqualification for clients that had reached 12 penalty points  See the case of Mr A on our Testimonials page as an example.

Our team of experienced road traffic lawyers can advise you as to whether you can put forward mitigating circumstances that might avoid a totting disqualification.
