If you have been accused of assault, but believe you were acting in self-defence you should speak to us now.

Many people, including police officers, will tell you that self-defence only applies if you were struck first before you hit back, that you must retreat from your attacker before you strike him and you must only use enough force to get away from your attacker. WRONG!

In fact, it is permissable to strike first, not retreat one step and strike hard enough to knock-out your attacker and still be found not guilty through self-defence. Do not accept that you are guilty unless you have discussed the matter fully with an experienced criminal defence solicitor.

See our testimonials page for the cases or Mr K and Mr D who were both falsely accused of assault in circustances that looked bad for them. They were both acquitted following our thorough and vigorous pursuit of justice.
